I work at the Adolescent Risk Research Unit (ARRU) at the Sunshine Coast Mind and Neuroscience Institute, University of Sunshine Coast.
I hold a PhD in cognitive psychology, specifically long-term memory and factors that impair or enhance our long-term memory. I worked as an academic at the University of Canberra, and more recently worked in the Office of Research at the Univeristy of the Sunshine Coast. Prior to working in academia, I worked as a computer programmer for 10 years.
I am passionate about learning and keeping young people safe. Hence, I love being involved in research into adolescent road safety.
